How to request deletion of your data

If you have used The Clear Brick Institute website, including sign-in features such as Facebook Login, you may request deletion of your account data by following the steps below.

Option 1: Request deletion from The Clear Brick Institute

1. Send a deletion request through the official support contact for The Clear Brick Institute.
2. Include enough information to identify your account, such as your display name, email address, and the sign-in method you used.
3. State that you want your account and associated personal data deleted.

Option 2: Remove Facebook connection

1. Log in to your Facebook account.
2. Go to Settings & Privacy, then Settings.
3. Open Apps and Websites.
4. Find The Clear Brick Institute.
5. Remove the app connection from your Facebook account.

What happens after a valid request

• Your account profile information and connected sign-in records will be deleted or de-identified within a reasonable timeframe.
• Public-facing content may be removed, anonymized, or retained only where legally required or where necessary for fraud prevention, accounting, moderation history, dispute resolution, or security.
• Records that must be retained for tax, payment, legal, or operational reasons may be preserved for the minimum required period.
