How to request deletion of your data
If you have used The Clear Brick Institute website, including sign-in features such as Facebook Login, you may request deletion of your account data by following the steps below.
Option 1: Request deletion from The Clear Brick Institute
- Send a deletion request through the official support contact for The Clear Brick Institute.
- Include enough information to identify your account, such as your display name, email address, and the sign-in method you used.
- State that you want your account and associated personal data deleted.
Option 2: Remove Facebook connection
- Log in to your Facebook account.
- Go to Settings & Privacy, then Settings.
- Open Apps and Websites.
- Find The Clear Brick Institute.
- Remove the app connection from your Facebook account.
Removing the Facebook connection does not automatically delete data already stored by The Clear Brick Institute. To fully delete your site account data, send a direct deletion request as described above.
What happens after a valid request
- Your account profile information and connected sign-in records will be deleted or de-identified within a reasonable timeframe.
- Public-facing content may be removed, anonymized, or retained only where legally required or where necessary for fraud prevention, accounting, moderation history, dispute resolution, or security.
- Records that must be retained for tax, payment, legal, or operational reasons may be preserved for the minimum required period.
